1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” “You,” or “You”) and Favcore (“Platform,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Favcore”), governing your access to and use of the Favcore mobile application, website, and all associated services.
The Platform is owned by Favcore Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as "Favcore").
Favcore operates a hyperlocal commerce and delivery Platform connecting customers with local vendors (e‑commerce, grocery, food and related categories) and independent delivery partners.
By creating an account, browsing, or making any purchase on Favcore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of Favcore.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan. All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of Favcore, or any transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court, Jaipur and Consumer Forums in Rajasthan, India.

2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
•    “Favcore” or “Platform”: The digital marketplace operated by Favcore, accessible through mobile applications, websites, and related digital interfaces, registered and operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
•    “Customer/User”: Any individual who registers, accesses, or uses Favcore to purchase goods or services.
•    “Vendor/Seller”: Any registered business, shop, restaurant, or service provider offering products or services through Favcore.
•    “Products”: All goods and services offered for sale on Favcore, including grocery items, food products, clothing, electronics, and other merchandise.
•    “Favcore Wallet”: The digital prepaid account maintained by the Customer on Favcore for purchasing goods and services exclusively on the Platform.
•    “Delivery Partner”: Independent third-party individuals or entities engaged by Favcore to deliver Products to Customers.
•    “Open Box Delivery”: A delivery service where Delivery Partners open packages in the Customer’s presence for inspection before final acceptance.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION & USER RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a resident of India to create an account on Favcore. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3.2 Account Information
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to notify Favcore immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account.
3.3 Account Termination
Favcore reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use Favcore immediately ceases.

4. PRODUCTS & SERVICES - PRODUCT INFORMATION DISCLAIMERS
4.1 Third-Party Content
Favcore is a platform that facilitates transactions between third-party vendors and customers. All product information, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, including details related to GST rates, HSN codes, and product certifications, are provided by the respective vendors or third-party sellers.
4.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
Favcore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided by vendors. Favcore is not liable for any discrepancies, inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or errors in: - Product descriptions and specifications - Product images and visual representations - Pricing information and discounts - GST rates and HSN codes - Product certifications, licenses, or regulatory compliance details - Expiry dates or manufacturing information (for food/grocery items) - Product availability or stock levels - Vendor contact information or credentials
4.3 User Responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to: - Verify the product details with the vendor before making a purchase - Check GST rates, HSN codes, and pricing accuracy - Confirm expiry dates for perishable items before purchase - Review vendor ratings and reviews - Clarify any doubts about product specifications or quality with the vendor
Any disputes regarding product information must be resolved directly with the concerned vendor, not with Favcore.
4.4 Dispute Resolution for Product Information Discrepancies
•    Vendor Responsibility: Favcore will not be responsible for any discrepancies, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in the product information provided by vendors.
•    Legal Recourse: For any disputes arising from inaccurate product information, the user’s sole recourse is against the vendor or third-party seller, not against Favcore.
•    Investigation: Favcore may assist in facilitating communication between customers and vendors but reserves the right not to take action on information-related disputes without clear evidence of fraudulent intent.

5. PRODUCT CATEGORIES - RETURNABLE & NON-RETURNABLE
5.1 Returnable Products
The following categories of products are returnable within 3 days of delivery, subject to all conditions outlined in Section 8:
•    Electronics and electrical appliances
•    Clothing and fashion items
•    Home and lifestyle products
•    Books and media (if unsealed)
•    Non-perishable packaged goods (if unopened)
•    Toys and games
•    Sports and outdoor equipment
•    Furniture and home décor
5.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are absolutely not returnable under any circumstance, regardless of condition or any claimed defect:
•    All Food Products: Cooked meals, prepared food items, packaged snacks, beverages, desserts, ready-to-eat meals, chocolates, sweets, and any food item
•    All Grocery Items: Fresh produce, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, eggs, meat, fish, poultry, bakery items, bread, and perishable items
•    Personal Care & Hygiene Products: Innerwear, undergarments, personal hygiene products (opened or used), cosmetics, creams, face masks, deodorants, and health supplements
•    Open/Unsealed Items: Any products that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or partially used
•    Items Showing Evidence of Use: Products displaying signs of use, wear, or damage due to customer handling
•    Custom or Personalized Products: Made-to-order items, customized products, engraved items, or products personalized per customer specifications
•    Media & Licensed Content: Software licenses, digital content, activation keys, proprietary content, and downloadable materials
•    Items with Broken/Removed Seals: Items where security seals, original packaging, or tamper-evident packaging have been broken
5.3 Condition of Goods on Delivery
By accepting delivery of any product, customers acknowledge and accept the products in their “as-is” condition at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for immediate inspection upon delivery.

6. OPEN BOX DELIVERY SERVICE
6.1 Service Description
Favcore offers Open Box Delivery for eligible products. Under this service, the Delivery Partner will open the sealed package in your presence at your doorstep, allowing you to inspect the product before acceptance.
6.2 Inspection & Acceptance
•    You must inspect the product thoroughly during Open Box Delivery
•    Inspection includes: tamper verification, product description confirmation, contents verification, packaging condition, and damage assessment
•    If the product is found to be defective, damaged, missing items, or does not match the order description, you may refuse acceptance immediately
•    Once you accept the product (explicitly or implicitly by not refusing), no returns/replacement will be entertained for delivery condition reasons
•    Acceptance is final and binding
6.3 Payment During Open Box Delivery
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: - Complete payment before the Delivery Partner opens the box - If you discover issues and refuse the product, a full refund (including delivery charges) will be processed immediately
For Prepaid Orders: - Payment is completed at checkout - If you refuse the product during Open Box Delivery, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
6.4 Post-Acceptance Terms
Products accepted during Open Box Delivery: - Cannot be returned for damage or defects visible during delivery - Can be returned only if defects are discovered after opening at home and meet replacement/exchange eligibility criteria (Section 7) - Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for post-delivery defect claims
6.5 Convenience Charges for Unjustified Refusals
If a customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason, the following charges will apply:
    Customer Change of Mind 
    No Valid Reason Provided

CHARGES APPLICABLE:
•    Delivery Charges (₹40 - ₹150 as per order)
•    Convenience Fee (₹50 flat charge)
•    Vendor Compensation (₹25 per refused order)
•    TOTAL: ₹115 - ₹225 per refused order

Payment Collection:
•    Deducted from Prepaid Amount or Favcore Wallet (if balance available)
•    Added to next order (if wallet insufficient)
•    COD orders: Collected during next delivery
•    Account suspension if charges unpaid after 7 days

7. REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
7.1 Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange
A product will be eligible for replacement or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
1.    The product is within 3 days of delivery
2.    The defect or manufacturing fault is manufacturing-related or caused by the vendor
3.    The product does not conform to the description provided by the vendor
4.    The defect is not caused by customer mishandling after delivery
5.    The product is reported to Favcore support with complete documentation and evidence
6.    The defect is substantiated through Favcore’s support team investigation
7.    For products accepted during Open Box Delivery, defects must be discovered after opening at home
7.2 Replacement vs. Exchange
•    Replacement: You receive the identical product with defects corrected or replaced with a new item of the same type
•    Exchange: You receive a different product of similar value from the same or different vendor on Favcore
•    Choice: Favcore will offer replacement first; exchange is offered if replacement is not immediately available
7.3 Investigation Process for Replacement/Exchange Claims
Step 1: Report & Documentation - Report the defect immediately - Provide complete documentation including: - Clear photographs of the defect from multiple angles - Video demonstration of non-functional items (if applicable) - Order number and proof of purchase - Description of the defect in detail
Step 2: Investigation - Favcore’s support team will conduct a thorough investigation to verify: - The legitimacy of the manufacturing defect or design fault - Whether the product conforms to vendor’s description - Whether the damage was caused by the customer or vendor/delivery partner - Whether the issue is manufacturing-related or usage-related - Investigation may take 5-7 business days - Customers must cooperate fully with investigation requests
Step 3: Approval & Fulfillment - If investigation approves the claim: - Replacement: New product shipped within 3-5 business days - Exchange: Alternative product arranged and delivered within 5-7 business days - If investigation rejects the claim: - Customer is notified with detailed explanation - No replacement/exchange provided
7.6 Return of Defective Product
•    Upon replacement/exchange approval, customer must return the defective product
•    A prepaid return label will be provided
•    If prepaid label is rejected, standard return charges will apply
•    Original product must be returned with original packaging (if available)
•    Return window: 5 days from replacement/exchange product dispatch
7.7 No Refunds Under Replacement/Exchange Policy
•    Under the Replacement/Exchange policy, refunds are NOT provided
•    You receive a replacement product or exchange only, not cash refund
•    Refunds are only available under the Return Policy (Section 8) for eligible products

8. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
8.1 Return Window for Eligible Products
Returnable products (as defined in Section 5.1) may be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to all conditions specified herein.
8.2 Return Eligibility Conditions
A product may be returned for refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
1.    The product is within the 3-day return window from delivery date
2.    The product is unused and in original, unopened packaging
3.    All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and documentation are intact
4.    The product shows no signs of use, wear, or damage
5.    The return is initiated through the Favcore app/website with complete documentation
6.    The product was not opened, tested, or tried on (for clothing, the size tag must be intact)
8.3 Return Investigation Process
For any return request: - Favcore’s support team will verify: - That the product remains unused and unopened - Original packaging is intact - All components and documentation are included - No evidence of customer use or handling - Investigation may take 5-7 business days - Customer must provide photographs of product packaging and seals
8.4 Refund Processing
Upon successful return approval: - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days from date of approval - For Favcore Wallet purchases, refunds will be credited to the Wallet account within 24 hours - Refund amounts include the product price only; shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable - Any promotional discounts or gift vouchers used will not be refunded in cash (store credit only)
8.5 Return Rejection
Returns will be rejected if: - Return is initiated after the 3-day window - Product is used, opened, tested, or shows evidence of customer handling - Original packaging, accessories, seals, or documentation are missing or damaged - Investigation reveals product was used before return request - Size tags or security seals are removed (for applicable items)
8.6 Return Shipping
•    Customers must use the prepaid return label provided by Favcore
•    If prepaid label is rejected, standard return shipping charges will be deducted from refund
•    Return products must be shipped within 5 days of return approval for full refund

9. FAVCORE WALLET - TERMS & CONDITIONS
9.1 Wallet Definition & Purpose
The Favcore Wallet (Closed System PPI / Wallet) is a prepaid, closed digital payment account maintained on Favcore exclusively for purchasing products and services on the Platform. Wallet funds can be used only for transactions on Favcore and cannot be used for any other purpose.
9.2 Wallet Recharge
•    Customers may recharge the Wallet using: debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, or other approved payment methods
•    Minimum recharge amount: ₹100
•    Maximum wallet balance: ₹10,000
•    Recharges are processed instantly upon successful payment authorization
•    All recharges are non-refundable (you must use the balance on Favcore)
9.3 Restrictions on Wallet Usage
Favcore Wallet funds cannot be: - Transferred to another customer’s account - Withdrawn as cash (no cash withdrawal option) - Used for any purchase outside the Favcore Platform - Refunded to your original payment method except in circumstances specified in these Terms - Shared, gifted, or transferred to other users - Used for payment to third parties - Used on any other e-commerce platform or service
Violation of these restrictions may result in: - Immediate account suspension - Permanent wallet account closure - Forfeiture of remaining wallet balance - Legal action if fraud is suspected
9.4 Wallet Expiry & Validity
•    Wallet balance remains valid as long as your Favcore account is active
•    Upon account termination (voluntary or by Favcore), any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited
•    Inactivity for 2 consecutive years may result in wallet account closure and balance forfeiture, subject to applicable regulations
•    You will receive a 60-day warning before wallet closure due to inactivity
9.5 Wallet Refunds
•    Refunds from product returns will be credited to your Favcore Wallet within 24 hours of approval
•    Refunds from replacement/exchange will be credited as store credit in your Wallet
•    Wallet refunds can only be used for future purchases on Favcore
•    No cash withdrawals of refunded amounts are permitted
•    For account closure requests, withdrawal may be processed to the original payment method within 30 days, subject to regulatory compliance and a processing fee of 2-5%
9.6 Tax & Regulatory Compliance
•    All Wallet transactions are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST)
•    Tax Collected at Source (TCS) regulations apply per Indian tax law
•    Customers are responsible for tax compliance related to their Wallet usage
•    Favcore will issue tax documentation as required by law

10. VENDOR LIABILITY & PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY
10.1 Vendor as Primary Responsible Party
All products sold on Favcore are listed, supplied, and fulfilled by independent vendors. Each vendor bears sole responsibility for: - Accuracy of product descriptions, images, and specifications - Quality, authenticity, originality, and condition of products - Compliance with all applicable Indian laws, regulations, and standards - Food safety compliance (FSSAI standards for food/grocery items) - Product certifications, licenses, and regulatory approvals - Proper packaging and labeling of products - Warranty, guarantee, and after-sales support (if offered) - GST compliance and correct rate application - HSN code accuracy and product classification
10.2 Favcore’s Limited Role
Favcore functions as a neutral marketplace intermediary and: - Does not manufacture, produce, prepare, or directly distribute products - Does not make representations regarding product quality, fitness, or performance - Does not guarantee the authenticity, originality, or condition of products - Does not provide warranty or guarantee services on behalf of vendors - Does not accept liability for defective, misrepresented, or non-compliant products - Does not conduct quality inspections prior to listing (except for obvious violations) - Does not verify vendor certifications, licenses, or regulatory compliance (relies on vendor undertakings)
Favcore’s role is limited to providing platform infrastructure for vendors and customers to transact safely.
10.3 Vendor Undertakings
Every vendor on Favcore must provide written undertaking that: - Product descriptions and images accurately represent the actual goods - Products comply with all applicable Indian laws (Food Safety, legal metrology, weights & measures, intellectual property, etc.) - No counterfeit, stolen, smuggled, or illegally sourced products are listed - Products are properly packaged and labeled with mandatory information (expiry dates, ingredients, allergens, certifications, manufacturing details) - All health and safety requirements are strictly adhered to - GST rates and HSN codes are accurate - Vendor has proper licenses and registrations for the category - Any warranties or guarantees mentioned are genuine and honored - Products are sourced from authorized/legitimate channels
10.4 Favcore’s Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Favcore shall not be liable for: - Any defects, deficiencies, or non-conformity of products with descriptions - Product quality, fitness for purpose, merchantability, or performance - Manufacturing defects or design flaws in products - Injury, loss, or damage caused by use of products - Vendor non-compliance with laws or contractual obligations - Misrepresentation or fraud by vendors - Contamination, adulteration, or spoilage of food/grocery items - Unauthorized use of trademarks, patents, or intellectual property rights by vendors - Inaccurate GST rates or HSN codes provided by vendors - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Delays in delivery caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond Favcore’s control
The customer’s sole remedy in case of defective products is replacement/exchange (Section 7) or refund (Section 8), subject to investigation and eligibility criteria.

11. WARRANTY & GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER
11.1 Express Warranty Disclaimer
Favcore makes no express warranty regarding: - Merchantability of products - Fitness of products for any particular purpose - Non-infringement of intellectual property or trademark rights - Quality, durability, safety, or performance of products - Compliance of products with regulatory standards - Timeliness or accuracy of product descriptions - Authenticity or originality of branded products
11.2 Implied Warranty Disclaimer
All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to: - Implied warranty of merchantability - Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose - Implied warranty of title and non-infringement - Any warranties arising by operation of law, statute, custom, or course of dealing
11.3 Product as-is & as-available
All products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Customers use products entirely at their own risk. Favcore does not guarantee that products will meet customer expectations, requirements, or intended purposes.
11.4 Vendor Warranties Only
Any warranties or guarantees offered by individual vendors (e.g., manufacturer warranty on electronics, warranty cards, extended warranties) remain the sole responsibility of the respective vendor. Customers must: - Contact vendors directly for warranty claims - Present original warranty documents for claims - Register products directly with manufacturers (if required) - Comply with all warranty terms and conditions set by vendors - Note that Favcore does not honor or process warranty claims
11.5 Exclusion of Liability
Favcore explicitly excludes liability for: - Vendor warranty claims or disputes - Product performance or durability beyond initial receipt - Damage from use, misuse, negligence, or accidents after delivery - Natural wear and tear of products over time

12. DELIVERY, RISK & LOSS
12.1 Risk Transfer
The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of products transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery to the address provided during checkout. Favcore is not responsible for damage during transit unless caused by gross negligence of delivery partners (proven through investigation).
12.2 Delivery Partners
Delivery Partners are independent contractors, not employees of Favcore. Favcore is not responsible for: - Conduct, negligence, or misconduct of delivery partners - Delays in delivery - Damage to products during delivery - Lost or stolen deliveries (unless proven through investigation) - Behavior or communication of delivery partners with customers - Quality of delivery service or professional conduct
12.3 Delivery Timeline
Favcore makes best-effort deliveries within the estimated timeline provided during order placement. However: - Exact delivery times are not guaranteed - Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, delivery partner availability, vendor delays, or other factors beyond Favcore’s control - Delayed deliveries do not entitle customers to refunds - Favcore will keep customers updated on delivery status
12.4 Undelivered Orders
If a delivery partner cannot deliver an order after reasonable attempts: - Customer will be notified of the issue - Orders may be rescheduled, cancelled, or returned at Favcore’s discretion - Refunds will be processed per policy within 5-7 business days
12.5 Address & Delivery Failure Charges
12.5.1 Address Accuracy -
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. If delivery fails due to: - Incomplete or incorrect address - Incorrect landmark or location details - Customer not being available at the address - Address inaccessibility
Favcore will attempt one redelivery. If redelivery also fails, an order cancellation fee may apply (up to 10% of order value or delivery charges, whichever is lower).
12.5.2 Repeated Delivery Failures –
    1st Delivery Failure (Incorrect Address/Customer Unavailable):
o    No charge - One complimentary redelivery attempt

    2nd Delivery Failure (Same Reason):
o    Delivery Charges (₹40-₹150)
o    Convenience Fee (₹50)
o    TOTAL: ₹90-₹200

    3rd+ Delivery Failure:
o    Full Order Cancellation
o    Delivery Charges x2 (₹80-₹300)
o    Convenience Fee (₹50)
o    Order Cancellation Fee (10% of order value)
o    TOTAL: Up to 30% of order value

13. CUSTOMER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Customers are strictly prohibited from:
•    Using Favcore for illegal activities (fraud, theft, money laundering, drug trafficking, smuggling)
•    Creating multiple accounts to exploit refund policies, promotional offers, or cashback schemes
•    Posting false, malicious, or defamatory reviews or ratings
•    Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform’s systems or security
•    Harassing, abusing, threatening, or bullying vendors, delivery partners, or Favcore staff
•    Reselling products purchased on Favcore without proper authorization
•    Violating intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or patents
•    Providing false information during account registration, order placement, or disputes
•    Engaging in refund fraud, return fraud, or claiming false defects
•    Filing false or exaggerated claims with consumer courts
•    Interfering with platform operations, server security, or data integrity
•    Sharing account credentials or using another person’s account
•    Violating any applicable law or regulation of India
Consequences of violation: - Immediate account suspension and permanent ban - Forfeiture of all wallet balance - Blacklisting across Favcore’s partner networks - Legal action and prosecution for criminal offenses - Civil liability for damages

14. PAYMENT, SECURITY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Favcore accepts payments via: - Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay) - Net banking from all major Indian banks - Unified Payments Interface (UPI) - Favcore Wallet - Cash on Delivery (where available) - Digital wallets and payment apps
14.2 Payment Security
•    All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
•    Favcore does not store complete credit card information on its servers
•    Customers are responsible for protecting their payment credentials
•    Favcore is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from customer negligence or credential sharing
•    Secure 3D-authentication is used for card transactions
14.3 Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
•    Disputes regarding transactions must be reported to Favcore support within 30 days of transaction
•    Chargebacks initiated directly with card issuers without prior notification to Favcore may result in account suspension
•    Favcore will investigate disputes and provide resolution based on evidence
•    Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action
14.4 Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Grievance Resolution Process: 
1. Filing a Complaint: Through Favcore app/Customer care or email support@favcore.com
2. Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of filing 
3. Investigation: Favcore will investigate within 48 hours for straightforward matters 
4. Resolution: Within 30 days for complex matters requiring investigation 
5. Appeal: If dissatisfied
Resolution Methods: - Refunds and wallet credits - Replacement or exchange of products - Compensation for losses (if applicable) - Direct vendor contact facilitation

15. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
15.1 Data Collection
Favcore collects personal information including: - Name, contact details, delivery address - Payment information and transaction history - Mobile number and email address - Device information and browsing behavior
Purpose of collection: - Facilitating transactions and delivering services - Improving platform functionality and user experience - Sending order updates and customer service communications - Marketing and promotional communications (with consent) - Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
15.2 Data Protection & Security
•    All customer data is protected
•    Data is encrypted and stored securely with access controls
•    Favcore does not sell or share customer data with third parties without explicit consent
•    Data is shared with delivery partners, payment processors, and vendors only as necessary for service delivery
•    Vendors and delivery partners are bound by confidentiality agreements
15.3 Data Retention & Deletion
•    Transaction data is retained for 7 years per GST compliance requirements
•    Personal data can be deleted upon request (except where legally required to retain)
•    Users can request data deletion by contacting support, subject to legal obligations
•    Deletion may not be immediate if data is required for pending disputes or investigations
15.4 Cookies & Tracking
•    Favcore uses cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
16.1 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Favcore’s total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to: - These Terms - Your use of Favcore - Any products purchased - Any services provided
Shall be limited to the lesser of: - The amount paid by you for the specific product in question, OR - ₹2,000 (rupees two thousand)
This liability cap applies to all claims combined and cannot be exceeded.
16.2 Excluded Damages
In no event shall Favcore be liable for: - Loss of profits, revenue, or business - Loss of data, documents, or digital content - Loss of reputation, goodwill, or business relationships - Loss of anticipated savings or investment returns - Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Punitive or exemplary damages - Damages arising from delays, delivery failures, or vendor defaults - Any damages unless directly and solely caused by Favcore’s willful misconduct or gross negligence
16.3 Force Majeure
Favcore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control: - Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, tsunamis - Wars, terrorism, government actions, lockdowns - Pandemics and epidemics (including COVID-19) - Strikes, labor disputes, protests - Utility failures, power outages, internet blackouts - Public health emergencies or government directives - Any event declared as “Act of God”

17. AMENDMENTS & MODIFICATIONS
17.1 Right to Modify Terms
Favcore reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without any notice. Modified terms become effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
17.2 Notification of Changes
•    Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification
•    Continued use of Favcore after modifications constitutes acceptance
17.3 Continued Use as Acceptance
Your continued use of Favcore following any modification constitutes your acceptance of amended terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use.

Is the intellectual property of Favcore or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without explicit written permission from Favcore.

20. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
20.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with specific jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
20.2 Jurisdiction & Forum
All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to: - These Terms - Your use of Favcore - Products or services purchased - Transactions conducted
Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
20.3 Dispute Resolution Process
Step 1: Informal Resolution (Grievance Redressal) - Report dispute through Favcore within 30 days - Favcore acknowledges within 24 hours - Resolution attempted within 48 hours to 30 days
Step 2: Consumer Commission (Optional) - If unsatisfied with Favcore’s resolution
Step 3: Court Proceedings (if necessary) - District Court jurisdiction for civil matters - All proceedings in Jaipur, Rajasthan - Parties may file countersuit or appeals per applicable law
20.4 Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause
Both parties irrevocably agree that: - All disputes shall be resolved only in Jaipur courts or consumer forums - Neither party will pursue legal action in any other jurisdiction - Choice of venue is exclusive and binding - Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts
20.5 Language
English version is the binding document. If translated into Hindi or other languages, English version prevails in case of inconsistency.

21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

✓ You agree that replacement/exchange is available for manufacturing defects discovered within 7 days
✓ You accept the Favcore Wallet restrictions and Closed System PPI nature of the wallet
✓ You understand that all disputes shall be resolved only in Jaipur courts
✓ You consent to data collection and processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy
✓ You accept all liability limitations and disclaimers
