What We Do
Favcore enables multiple categories of local commerce on a single platform:

How Favcore Works
For Customers
1. Discover Local
Enter your location to see nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops that deliver to your address.
2. Order in Minutes
Add items to your cart across categories (Grocery, Food, Shopping) or create a parcel request, and confirm your order in a few taps.
3. Real‑Time Fulfilment
A nearby vendor prepares or packs your order. A Favcore Delivery Partner picks it up directly from the shop or kitchen – there is no central warehouse in between.
4. Live Tracking
Track your rider in real time, from pickup to doorstep.
5. Secure Payments
Pay via UPI, cards, wallets, net‑banking, or eligible Cash on Delivery options. Refunds and adjustments, where applicable, are handled transparently as per our published policies.
For Vendors and Shops
● Digital Storefront: Create and manage your catalogue on Favcore and reach customers in your locality without building your own app, website, or delivery fleet.
● End‑to‑End Delivery: Favcore coordinates independent delivery partners so you can focus on preparing orders.
● Compliance Support: For food and grocery vendors, Favcore offers structured onboarding with FSSAI and GST‑centric workflows, including optional compliance support plans.
● Weekly Settlements: Vendor payments are settled on a regular weekly cycle (e.g., Monday to Sunday sales paid out on Friday), with detailed statements and transparent deductions.
For Delivery Partners
● Flexible Earnings: Accept orders via the Favcore Driver App and earn per successful delivery.
● Hyperlocal Routes: Work primarily within your own city/locality – no inter‑city or overnight trips.
● Multiple Categories: Deliver food, grocery, shopping orders, and parcels, increasing your potential earnings per hour.
Our Business Model
Favcore operates as a technology‑driven marketplace and aggregator:
● We connect buyers and sellers and arrange delivery but do not own the inventory.
● We charge vendors a commission on successful orders and, where applicable, a platform or subscription fee.
● For GST‑registered e‑commerce and grocery vendors, Favcore follows a marketplace/TCS model, while for food vendors Favcore collects and deposits product‑level GST as per applicable law and our Terms of Use.
● Customers may pay a shipping/delivery fee and a nominal convenience fee, transparently shown at checkout.
● Our policies (Terms of Use, Privacy, Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund, Cancellation, and others) are published publicly to maintain clarity and trust.
